Cranes Farm Road shorlisted for 2008 Brick Award

Cranes Farm Road, one of bptw partnership’s recently completed schemes in Basildon, Essex, has been shortlisted for the 2008 Brick Awards.
The project, shortlisted in the ‘Best Landscape’ category uses a mix of grass, shrubs and paviour, designed to create pedestrian friendly streets and complement the variegated brickwork to create an aesthetically pleasing and safe place to live.
The spacious development designed by bptw partnership and constructed by Allenbuild for Genesis Housing Group comprises 12 apartments and 38 town houses for affordable rent and shared ownership.
bptw partnership at Cityscape Dubai

bptw partnership will be exhibiting at the Cityscape Dubai exhibition on 6-9 October 2009 in Dubai. The practice will be showcasing its work and approach in areas including masterplanning and residential design.

bptw partnership has achieved recognition by Carbon Smart, the scheme which assures the practical actions taken by a company to actively reduce its environmental impact.
The practice has been monitoring and improving its environmental impact over several years. The Carbon Smart system has enabled bptw to formalise the process and set targets to reduce its carbon footprint for the future.
