We are pleased to share that we have been listed in the Building Good Employer Guide 2018 for the fourth year in a row, as well as receiving recognition in both the ‘communication’ and ‘wellbeing’ categories. This year’s judges looked for all-round good employers as well as more specifically workplace initiatives which are designed to improve staff’s daily lives and, by extension, business performance. We are delighted that Building Magazine have recognised the value of BPTW as good employers.
We are incredibly proud of these results which are a positive reflection of our approach to people and the positive working environment we aim to provide for all our staff.
