In light of Mental Health Awareness Week last week we organised a programme of activities to promote staff wellbeing and the importance of a good work life balance, something BPTW believe is crucial to achieving a happy working environment. As physical exercise can improve mental health, our initiatives included a range of sporting activities including yoga, running and tennis. For those less sports-inclined, we ran a photography class which involved a trip to Greenwich’s Naval College to take pictures of the historic buildings. Encouraging communication and collaboration across different teams and levels, we introduced a range of board games to lunch times. Thanks to all staff for taking part and raising awareness for mental health.
