A great start to the week – BPTW has been shortlisted in the ‘Health and Wellbeing Initiative – Residential’ category at the RESI Awards 2021 for our Rochester Riverside scheme, designed for Countryside and Hyde.
Once complete, Rochester Riverside will provide 1,400 new homes alongside significant commercial space. The scheme was also the inaugural winner of the ‘Building for a Healthy Life’ Award at the Housing Design Awards 2020 for the designs focus on healthy streets, active travel, open spaces and accessibility.
