BPTW’s planning project Creekside Village East has been shortlisted in the RTPI Awards 2018 in the category ‘Excellence in Planning – Large Schemes’. Creekside Village East is a 249 unit PRS scheme for Essential Living, located along the bank of Deptford Creek, Greenwich. Designed by Assael Architects, the mixed-use scheme will provide accommodation within two buildings, 12 and 23 storeys in height, set within extensive public realm. The scheme celebrates the unique creekside location by opening up a new waterside route from Creek Road to the Trinity Laban Conservatoire, as well as providing 800sqm of commercial floorspace including a dedicated nursery space and extensive intertidal ecological terracing.
