BPTW is excited to announce its appointment as Architect to support Maidstone Borough Council on an ambitious project to build 1,000 new affordable homes in the area. Following a competitive framework tender process, BPTW is collaborating with specialist consultants calfordseaden and Red Loft in a partnership that facilitates continuous improvement on a project-by-project basis and promotes innovative technology, like Design for Manufacture and Assembly. The ambitious housing programme recognises the need for more affordable, high-quality homes to address the local housing need, and the consultant team has already commenced work.
