We are thrilled to report that we have secured planning approval for Castle Grange, a scheme of 138 mixed-tenure homes which will form part of the wider Swanscombe Quarry Masterplan in Kent.
Appointed by Bellway, our designs for the scheme offer a range of contemporary apartments situated along the new Fastrack route, a predominant bus lane which runs through most of the Ebbsfleet and Northfleet sites. The Fastrack route was approved as part of the wider masterplan for the Swanscombe Quarry area and will promote more sustainable methods of transport for those living in the area by disallowing cars and other vehicles to use the route.
The scheme continues our work in Ebbsfleet Garden City where BPTW is currently appointed on further sites as part of the wider Swanscombe Quarry Masterplan.
