We are pleased to have achieved planning permission for our mixed use, co-location development 12 Thames Road, working with Be First and McLaren Construction Group to provide affordable housing built alongside light industrial space as well as green spaces, play areas, balconies, green roof terraces and a cafe.

The scheme will provide 156 new homes and 17 commercial units on a site in the emerging River Road SPD. In a collection of four to seventeen storey buildings, the new homes and landscaped communal garden sit above light industrial uses managed by the council. We worked to increase the development’s height to maximise the corner site, increase the number of dual aspect apartments and reduce overlooking whilst maintaining residential quantum.
