We are thrilled to announce that we have secured planning approval for Phase 1B of our Harbour Village scheme, a development of 121 homes in Ebbsfleet Garden City for Bellway.

Part of a residential-led masterplan delivering 532 homes in the area, Phase 1B will provide a range of mixed-tenure homes designed for families, couples and first-time buyers. Working in collaboration with landscape architects LUC, the proposals are based around the new Chimney View Park which is being brought forward as part of the planning application and has been designed following a local children’s competition, creating play facilities for younger residents as well as a space for social interaction for both existing and new communities. As such, the architecture across the scheme seeks to create a formal backdrop to the park whilst also referencing the local area in its materiality. The result is a development which will build a diverse community and offer opportunities for play, all whilst blending seamlessly with the surrounding context.

Alongside the creation of new homes and Chimney View Park, significant ecological enhancements are being made to the site with a proposed planting palette containing a diverse range of species, rich grasslands which will enhance biodiversity value and over 25 different tree types being planted across the scheme.
