We are pleased to announce Sussex Crescent, a scheme of 26 attractive and affordable homes for Ealing Council, was approved unanimously at committee on Wednesday 22 June.
Designed to Passive House principles and to a high standard of sustainability, homes at Sussex Crescent benefit from natural sunlight and utilise low carbon energy solutions. As the site is located on an existing estate and will be an infill development, the scheme will increase activity along Sussex Crescent and provide a focal point in a prominent location. Sussex Crescent also enhances the quality of the existing open spaces and creates a strong connection with the surrounding landscape.
Sussex Crescent will bring much needed affordable housing as part of a package of sites BPTW is working on which form part of an ambitious development programme in the London Borough of Ealing. A committee member commented that the development was ‘very much welcome and will be a great asset for the estate’.
