03 - 01 - 2023

We are thrilled to announce the charities that benefited from BPTW’s Christmas 2022 donations. 2022 has been a complex and challenging year for many people, following the end of the Covid-19 restrictions, the war in Ukraine and the cost-of-living and energy crises. Over the holiday, BPTW provided financial assistance to local charities that support those most affected by these difficulties, including:

Greenwich Food Bank – We provided a donation of £1,000 to support those in our local community with accessing nutritionally balanced emergency food.

Lewisham Food Bank – We donated £1,000 to provide emergency food supplies to those in our community.

999 Club – We provided a donation of £1,000 to support those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

At the end of 2022, our staff put forward additional charities that are close to their hearts for financial support. As a result, we will be giving further financial donations throughout January to these important charities:

The World Food Programme’s Haiti Emergency Appeal

– Refugee Community Kitchen

Care 4 Calais, a volunteer-run refugee charity working with refugees in the UK, France and Belgium

– Christmas Lunch On Jesus

– A Ukrainian support charity

Faros to provide care and humanitarian support to unaccompanied refugee children and young people

Safe Families to support children, families and care leavers across the UK

As a practice, we are committed to giving something back and these donations are just some of the initiatives BPTW is supporting to create social value in the communities where we work.
