As part of our work on Hammersmith and Fulham Council’s Hartopp Point and Lannoy Point project, BPTW recently donated to Resurgo’s Spear Programme, an award-winning initiative in the borough which helps 16–24-year-olds with securing full-time employment.

Through the programme, young people have access to a year of coaching and practical training, including mock interview practice and CV writing tips. As a result, more than three quarters of those who have completed the programme have secured work and are still there a year later.

BPTW is delivering a number of social value commitments as part of our work at Hartopp Point and Lannoy Point, a scheme which both our architectural and planning consultancy teams are appointed on. The development will deliver 134 homes designed to Passivhaus Standards and will regenerate part of the existing Aintree Estate.
