We are thrilled to have been reappointed on the Notting Hill Genesis Development Consultants Framework for both their Architecture and Planning Consultants lots.
We are particularly delighted to have been awarded first place on the Architecture lot, and to have been selected as one of the top 3 consultants on the Planning Consultants lot. With NHG aiming to deliver 7,000 new homes in the next 5 years to overcome the shortage of quality housing across the Greater London area, these appointments will enable us to continue to provide architecture and planning consultancy services on a range of projects from urban infill developments through to large scale regeneration schemes.
BPTW have worked successfully with NHG over many years with our most recent work the development of 75 new homes at Woolwich Reach, a complex riverside site next to Victoria Park Gardens in Newham. We are also currently providing pre-construction services for two sites where we secured planning permission for NHG: Saxon Wharf, a 145 home scheme on the edge of Deptford Creek in Greenwich, and the Ashley House and Cannon Factory site which will create 256 new homes home in a mixed-use development in Tottenham.
