We are pleased to announce that Campkin Road, our scheme for Cambridge Investment Partnership (CIP) in the City of Cambridge, has received unanimous planning approval. Situated in the Kings Hedges area of Cambridge, the project will provide 75 homes for social rent and a community centre spread across four distinct buildings. Key design principles provided opportunities to integrate the new homes into the local vernacular whilst delivering a contemporary feel, building the local community and enhancing the surrounding open green spaces. Our scheme will help to address the need for social housing within the area. To date BPTW has secured planning permission for over 143 homes across a variety of complex regeneration sites for CIP and we look forward to continuing our work with them.
