We are pleased to announce that BPTW has been shortlisted in two categories at the Inside Housing Development Awards 2021. St Clements House has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Older People’s Housing Development (Urban)’ category and Rectory Park has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Regeneration Project (Rural Suburban)’.

St Clements House is our residential scheme in Medway, Kent. Appointed by mhs homes, St Clements House provides 44 100% affordable homes for later living with a range of communal spaces and external amenity areas including a terrace and a sensory garden. The scheme was also designed to be highly accessible and boasts excellent views over Rochester Castle and Cathedral.

Delivered for Network Homes and Hill, our Rectory Park project involved the regeneration of an urban estate in Ealing, London. The scheme provided 449 new homes and re-provisioned a community centre. Our designs had a strong emphasis on placemaking with a large communal garden and connections to a neighbouring park at the heart of the plans.

We look forward to the winners being announced on 4 November.
