We are thrilled to have been shortlisted for both the ‘Architectural Employer of the Year Award’ and the ‘Social Impact Award’ at the Architect of the Year Awards 2021, hosted by Building Design.

Being shortlisted for the ‘Architectural Employer of the Year Award’ represents the consistent hard work of our talented architectural team throughout the past year and our constant drive to make BPTW an outstanding place to work.

Additionally, our shortlisting for the ‘Social Impact Award’ reflects our desire to transform people’s lives through design by raising their standards of living and supporting local communities. This has been demonstrated in the projects put forward in our submission including Valley Drive, a development comprising 48 100% affordable homes in Gravesend, Kent, for Gravesham Borough Council, Rectory Park, a mixed-tenure scheme in Ealing providing 449 homes across a five-phase masterplan for Network Homes and Hill, and Rochester Riverside, a landmark scheme for Countryside and Hyde which is transforming a derelict brownfield site into a vibrant new neighbourhood as part of a 1,400 masterplan.

Well done to everyone who has been shortlisted – we look forward to the winners being announced in October!
