We are pleased to announce we have been successfully appointed on L&Q’s Architects (London) Framework. Our place on the framework will provide us with the opportunity to continue collaborating with one of the UK’s largest housing associations, working on a range of projects across all RIBA stages which are in L&Q’s development pipeline. The housing association is currently aiming to create around 3,000 units a year for the next ten years, helping to provide more much-needed housing across London and the South East.
BPTW have previously worked with L&Q on several schemes with the most recent being Aperture Works, the first phase of a regeneration masterplan for Harrow, centred around the redevelopment of the derelict Kodak factory site. The scheme will create 650 homes and over 7,500 sqm of commercial space, transforming the area.
We look forward to continuing to provide architectural services to produce high quality developments which serve the communities we work in.
