For over ten years, BPTW has been involved with the regeneration of the Rectory Park Estate in Northolt, Ealing, a scheme of 449 affordable homes, a community centre and a range of beautifully landscaped spaces for Network Homes and contractor Hill. To celebrate the project’s completion, a video telling the story of the regeneration through the eyes of the design and project team, Ealing Council and most importantly, residents, has been commissioned by Network Homes.

Throughout the project’s lifetime, our team collaborated with residents to co-design their new neighbourhood, homes and spaces. Working closely with a resident steering group, our team were able to develop a strong understanding of residents’ aspirations for the regeneration, helping to deliver scheme where people love living.

Simon Trice, Managing Director at Hill, said of our work on the estate: “The successful regeneration of Rectory Park has been achieved through close collaboration between the community and all partners, including the Local Authority, Network Homes, Hill and BPTW. Designed to meet the needs and aspirations of local residents, this partnership approach has delivered much-needed new homes surrounded by landscaping and green open space, a new community centre and an outstanding legacy for future generation to enjoy.”
