Neill leads a 25-person strong design group, delivering exemplar mixed-tenure housing schemes which balance quality with affordability.
With two decades of experience, he is an expert in public consultation and residential design, taking an active design role on many of our award-winning projects across London and the South East.
He is involved with industry thought leadership groups and regularly presents on the development potential of sites across London and the South East to local authorities and registered providers. He also work collaboratively with local authorities and housing associations to review their housing development programmes and guide decision making.
For each project, his passion for social housing fuels his drive to have meaningful community engagement as the focus for every design to reflect local need and create a rewarding place for the community.
