Chris is an experienced architect with a wealth of experience in residential design across London and the South East. His work has involved projects at all RIBA stages, and from large-scale estate redevelopment through to the delivery of large residential-led schemes for national housebuilders. He has extensive knowledge in MMC and OSM as a result of his work as project runner designing 301 homes to be manufactured volumetrically in a specialist factory, informed by our BIM level 2 protocol, at Beechwood Village.
