A context-driven development, the scheme celebrates its proximity to surrounding ancient woodlands by orientating homes to have outstanding views of the landscape, offering maximum connectivity with natural spaces. A variety of red and buff brick bases with elements of natural clay tiles and feature black weatherboard have been used for the homes’ cladding, creating architecture which knits with the local vernacular of the area and reflects the traditional Kent vernacular.
Alongside beautifully designed homes which offer character and variety across the scheme, a number of green spaces have been integrated into the design, providing amenity space for residents of all ages.
