BPTW is looking for a Graphic Designer who is keen to develop their career in the built environment industry.
Supporting our Business Development and Marketing Team, our Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media, website, brochures, and video content, for both internal and external communications.
This is a highly collaborative role, and you will be working with different teams across the practice. You will be generating new ideas, contributing to design solutions, and ensuring high quality and consistency across all our graphic outputs.
You will be an integral member of the team working closely with the Business Development & Marketing Manager and Assistant to pull together high quality bid submissions. As well as providing graphic support, you will be maintaining and developing the BPTW brand and supporting marketing and communication activities, including events.
Confident communication and enthusiasm for teamwork is a must, as well as the ability to effectively prioritise your workload, as you will be working with multiple teams on projects with various levels of urgency.
You will be adept in interpreting design briefs (both verbal and written) and translating this into impactful and original graphics that fit with our branding. You will understand what styles work for different media and audiences, and make suggestions based on your expertise.
You will need a keen eye for detail, design and layout, having the ability to appreciate and understand architectural images would definitely be an advantage.
You will have a high level of proficiency with design software, particularly the Adobe Suite, and any photography and image editing skills would be a real bonus.
