Orion Park

BPTW worked on a redesign to improve on an extant planning permission for Orion Park. An initial planning approval had been granted in 2018 for 76 homes alongside commercial space. Our design responds to a local need within the borough by offering an uplift of 19 homes with more family dwellings.

The scheme offers high quality homes alongside a resident’s garden which provides beautiful communal space. Homes are situated around an entrance square to create a sense of arrival and draw on the art deco character of Northfields Station, located opposite to the development.

The development also achieves excellent sustainability credentials through low carbon energy solutions as well as adherence to the Be Lean, Be Clean, Be Green hierarchy.
