Caledonian Point is a mixed-use, creek-side development composed of 85 high quality and contemporary new homes, all of which benefit from impressive views across the water and further into Greenwich.

BPTW successfully secured planning permission for this exciting development, working closely with local residents and stakeholders to develop a scheme that could enrich the local community.

Featuring a mix of private, shared ownership, social rent and live-work units, the development also includes commercial space at ground and first floor level, which is now home to our new studios. It offers a new pedestrian and cycle route along Deptford Creek, opening this up to the public to establish a sense of activity along the new route. Alongside this, improvements to the landscaping and enhanced public realm proposals will help create a point of connection between adjacent developments in the future.
