Are you an experienced Architectural Technologist with a passion for detail and experience in delivering high quality, large-scale residential projects at RIBA stages 3 to 6?

Reporting to an Associate/Director your role, depending on your experience, you will either support or lead a project team who work on the technical and delivery stages of complex, large-scale residential and mixed-use projects.
As a key member of our team, you’ll work alongside talented designers, coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, to ensure projects are compliant and meet the highest technical standards.
Our ideal candidate will have a high level of technical design skills and professional experience in leading or contributing to the later stages of project delivery – preferably projects involving large-scale UK residential, mixed-use or regeneration. You will have an excellent knowledge all RIBA stages, but particularly excel in stages 3 through to 6.
You will be proficient in the use of REVIT and CAD, have good hand-drawing skills and knowledge of current technical requirements, including Gateway procedures.
Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the confidence to liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors. You’ll thrive in our dynamic, open-plan studio where collaboration and knowledge sharing are central to how we work.
