Equality, diversity and inclusion

Having a diverse, inclusive studio is important to us, and our practice culture focuses on equality in how we work and the places we design. We are proud to have achieved a 50/50 gender split and increased our BAME representation to 36%. However, we know we can do more. Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Group reviews our working practices and monitors our actions so we continue to improve and celebrate a culture of diversity and belonging. We support and advocate for greater diversity in architecture and planning through our partnerships with organisations like Women in Social Housing (WISH) and London South East Colleges.
