Are you an experienced Architect with a passion for high-quality residential design and a drive to take the next step in project leadership?
Join BPTW, an award-winning AJ100 architectural practice, and become part of our collaborative studio in Greenwich shaping major residential and regeneration projects across London and the UK.
You’ll work alongside Project Leads, reporting to an Associate/Director, delivering complex, design-led residential and mixed-use projects at RIBA Stages 2 and beyond, including Gateway 2 submissions to the Building Safety Regulator.
As a key member of our architectural design team, you’ll oversee talented designers, coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, to ensure projects are compliant and meet the highest design and technical standards.
Our ideal candidate has strong background in residential design and delivery, with the ambition to progress their career into project leadership. You’ll have professional experience working across all RIBA stages on large-scale UK residential, mixed-use or regeneration projects.
Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the confidence to oversee the work of others and liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors. You’ll thrive in our dynamic, open-plan studio where collaboration and knowledge sharing are central to how we work.
