Adaptable community spaces

A sketch exploring adaptable community and commercial spaces which form part of a development in Ashford. The proposal seeks to add purpose and local community benefit to areas not suitable for housing due to flood risk from the East Stour River. To overcome the flooding constraint, spaces would be raised off the ground and connected by a new public path.
