BPTW has created a suite of ISO19650 / UK BIM Framework-compliant documents specifying BIM deliverables for tender returns and assessments, including the Organisational Information Requirements (OIRs), Asset Information Requirements (AIRs) and Exchange Information Requirements (EIRs) aligned to UK BIM Framework and BS EN ISO 19650 series.

Our BIM Team will establish the Common Data Environment and draft the Scope of Services work packages, including pre- and post-appointment BIM Execution Plans and Information Delivery Plans. The purpose is to aid and enhance the client’s effective management of its built assets upon project completion. This is coupled with training to complement the client’s long-term education plan with targeted BIM sessions to build capacity.

Additional tasks conducted by our specialist BIM team include creating a suite of BIM Deliverables documents (OIRs, AIRs, EIRs); drafting COBie Requirements for the Design Team and delivery team capability, capacity, ICT and BIM assessments; and facilitating asset Information Model handover.
