BPTW has worked alongside Notting Hill Genesis to establish how BIM can best serve the organisation and enable it to meet the Building Safety Act requirements by using the BIM4HA’s toolkit and the HACT UK Housing Data Standards.
Our work commenced with a BIM Gap Analysis and a BIM Implementation Plan to understand the organisation’s needs and establish a route map for BIM implementation. BPTW’s new implementation plan is based on the client’s needs and aligns with ISO19650 / UK BIM Framework Standards. To date, BPTW has collaborated with Notting Hill Genesis stakeholders to understand how a BIM Methodology can best support the organisation, leading to a BIM workflow that facilitates successful tender issues, tender return assessments and delivery of projects using BIM. The output is to enable the client to manage its built assets efficiently and safely post-handover.
Our services include conducting a BIM Gap Analysis and Report, leading workshops and interviews with stakeholders and conversing with a working group to discuss the report’s findings. We will recommend development focus areas and prepare a BIM Implementation Plan and implementation timeline, as well as draft the Organisational Information Requirements.
