Joining BPTW’s growing urban design team in 2024, Naike is a qualified urban designer specialising in town centre masterplans, infill sites, design codes, and design guides.
Taking a holistic approach, she has worked on several estate regeneration schemes, taking part in community and stakeholder engagement. She is particularly interested in working with schools to demonstrate the value of urban design to young people.
Naike is a member of the Urban Design Group Executive Committee and an associate member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
