BPTW’s planning team secured a unanimous planning committee approval for Lewisham Homes for 39 affordable rent homes for the over 55s on the Bampton Estate in Forest Hill. Designed by Levitt Bernstein and to HAPPI standards, the scheme will sit within the wider estate landscaping enhancements.
The proposals attracted significant community interest and on the night elected members recognised the superlative quality of the new homes and efforts to engage with residents and neighbours. The application was also supported by Vectos – Transport Planning and Mobility Specialists, XCO2 and Martin Arnold. Well done all involved!
