Gaining the best results for our clients through good planning is a priority at bptw partnership. Our teams work alongside business planning teams made up of staff, specialising in areas including design quality, practice development, sustainability, information technology and marketing.

The business plan operated between 2001 and 2004, and was developed by the partners. In 2004, the associates developed the practice’s business plan for the following three years.

In 2007 the practice changed how the business plan was produced. The new plan has been developed by staff representatives from seven core business planning teams and several other sub-groups focussing on specific areas of the business.

Involving staff in the production of the latest business plan is in keeping with the practices commitment to involving representatives from all areas of the organisation in the management and decision making processes of bptw.
