Located on a former industrial site in the growing area of Isleworth, this mixed-use scheme comprises of 203 homes across 8 blocks with a series of flexible commercial spaces with active frontages along London Road.
BPTW worked closely with the client, architect and specialist consultants to develop a healthy contribution of both private and affordable housing to the area. Together, the team conducted a series of public consultations, to involve the local community in the development process and discuss how the scheme would address their concerns about car parking and potential overlooking.
As lead consultant, BPTW coordinated the submission of the application to the London Borough of Hounslow guaranteeing continuity between the submission documents and ensuring they were in line with the validation requirements to allow the application to be validated swiftly. The scheme subsequently received unanimous support from Council Members at Planning Committee and received a resolution to grant planning permission subject to a s106 agreement.
