Edmund Street, Southwark

Client: Notting Hill Housing
Architect: bptw architecture

Edmund Street is a regeneration project which will deliver 279 new homes in Southwark, of which 69% will be reserved for private sale. bptw visualisation were appointed to provide 3D street views for the scheme which comprises a mix of housing types including 1 to 3 bed apartments, 2 and 3 bed duplex units and 3 and 4 bed family houses.

We created a selection of visuals highlighting a broad mix of building types which utilise variations in roof form, materials and textures to create a varied street scene built around defined character areas. A view of a landmark private apartment building to the north of the site was also created, showing the building from the neighbouring Burgess Park which borders the site.
