Homes range from individual family houses to 4 storey flat blocks, each designed in response site-specific considerations. Working across the borough, in each case, whilst contemporary in response, the architectural aesthetic and built form has been designed in sympathy with the neighbouring surroundings, urban grain and character of the area.

Following completion of the first site in 2009, BPTW has successfully undertaken a phased new build development programme, securing planning permission for 40 homes on 11 sites as part of phase 1A, most of which have now been delivered on site. Most recently we have been appointed to secure planning permission for a further 12 sites as part of phase 1B, six which have been submitted for planning approval.
