Camberwell Fields creates a sustainable neighbourhood of exemplar design quality with new homes for shared ownership and outright sale as well as rental properties. Homes have been developed using a mix of building types and variety of heights, roof forms, materials and textures to create a diverse street scene built around defined character areas.
Part of the former Elmington estate, The development reconnects the neighbourhood with urban blocks, carefully responding to the scale and materials of the surrounding context and creating new pedestrian routes linking through to the surrounding area. Private apartments to the north of the site also maximise views over the recently redeveloped Burgess Park and further into London.
