bptw planning was appointed by Barratt Homes to develop this mixed use residential led development which comprises of 636 residential units, retail/commercial floorspace and a community centre. This is together with associated landscaping, including river naturalisation and the creation of a public plaza between Catford and Catford Bridge Stations as well as a provision of a footbridge to Doggett Road and an electricity sub-station.
The site was procured from the Homes & Community Agency Delivery Partner Panel and is being developed by Barratt Homes. bptw planning was chosen by Barratt Homes to coordinate the optimisation of the scheme, successfully delivering a number of amendment applications and a stand-alone consent, including increasing the number of residential units in Blocks T&U at the northern end of the site from 132 to 179, improving links into Ladywell Fields and increasing the architectural quality of the scheme.
