Victory Pier

BPTW gained approval in 2015 with an application which resulted in an uplift in the number of homes consented within the wider masterplan, a more financially viable housing mix and an increase in building heights whilst maintaining the same level of S106 obligations as originally approved.

The redevelopment of the wider Victory Pier scheme has resulted in a number of benefits including the regeneration of this brownfield site, the introduction of a scheme of high design quality, new homes and affordable housing, new commercial floorspace and job opportunities and improvements to local infrastructure. As well as providing new local amenities within the side, the scheme delivers a significant number of high-quality homes, which will assist the Council in achieving its housing targets. Enhancing the appearance of the River Medway, this development creates large areas of public open space and an attractive riverside walk.
