Subject to public interest, the West Ham stadium redevelopment is a landmark scheme that will see the previous football ground transformed to provide over 800 homes, across various unit types and tenures. Alongside this, the development offers an exciting range of community uses.
Throughout the implementation and delivery stages of the process, BPTW has been providing ongoing project management services as well as expert advice, addressing issues such as initial council concerns as to the scale of the development and the amount of affordable housing.
As planning consultants, we have also dealt with matters including the discharge of conditions, non-material amendment applications, minor material amendment applications, Community Infrastructure Levy and S106 Agreement. Overall, we have secured 11 approved decisions to date, with no refusals from the council.
