Situated on a busy junction and surrounded by residential homes, The Crossways Hotel provides 91 bedrooms along with a bar and restaurant, car parking, cycle parking, and green roofs.
The proposals for the Crossways Hotel were subject to several concerns from local residents. Our planners were responsible for undertaking consultation with local residents and liaising with the local authority to allay these concerns. As well as providing strategic planning advice throughout the process, our planners were responsible for writing the planning statement and coordinating the submission which was awarded a resolution to grant permission. Designed by March Design, the development will also provide a bar and restaurant, together with car parking, cycle parking, and green roofs.
