Peachy House provides 141 homes and 300 sqm of commercial floorspace within three tall buildings in Ilford, Essex. The redevelopment scheme will see the transformation of this section of Ilford town centre with a high quality, mixed use development as part of the wider regeneration of the town.
BPTW provided strategic planning advice and project managed a re-submission for the development, leading on discussions with the GLA and local planning authority resulting in a recommendation for approval. We also successfully renegotiated the writing-off of a historic £4.2m planning obligation. The planning application was approved at committee in 2014.
