Pages Walk redevelops a former warehouse and distribution centre in Bermondsey to provide 86 new homes arranged around a landscaped courtyard. Alongside a mix of 1 to 3 bedroom flats the development also incorporates a children's play space, roof terraces and underground parking.
BPTW was appointed to secure planning approval for the redevelopment and was responsible for leading on consultation with LB Southwark. Our planners were required to collate the necessary reports and assessments from various consultants, liaising closely with the design team to demonstrate how the design adhered to the relevant national, regional and local policies outlined in the NPPF, The London Plan and The Southwark Plan.
