The Nine Elms Point development is part of the wider high-profile regeneration of Vauxhall and Battersea. Nine Elms Point will provide 647 new homes with an ancillary gymnasium, a new Sainsbury’s flagship store, a children’s tutoring facility, and an energy centre.
BPTW coordinated the discharge of conditions attached to the Nine Elms permission, including attendance at the DTM and PPA meetings. Alongside this process we also coordinated several non-material s96A and minor-material s73 applications to optimise the scheme, adding height and additional homes and replacing a roof top plant store with penthouse apartments.
