BPTW provided planning consultancy services to obtain full planning permission for the redevelopment of the former HG Wells Centre in Bromley town centre to provide a landmark tower consisting of 52 apartments, over 1400 sqm of office space and over 250 sqm of community spaces.
Planning permission was obtained in 2015 on appeal via the Planning Hearing procedure which is considered necessary in complex cases such as these and requires round table discussion between the inspector and the appellant, council and third parties. The mixed use scheme will allow for the re-provision of community space with high quality flexible spaces to accommodate a range of community needs.
