Church Road is a new bespoke extra care housing complex which provides 32 high quality extra care 1 and 2 bed flats for the local Jewish community in North London. Additional community and management facilities within the scheme include meeting rooms, a dining room, and a small community synagogue.
BPTW was appointed as planning consultants for the scheme, submitting a full planning application for the redevelopment of a former care home which was no longer compliant with current care standards. Our planners achieved planning permission in April 2016, and continued to work with Jewish Care providing advice to secure successful implementation of a number of changes in line with new requirements for the development.
