BPTW was appointed by Barratt London to provide planning advice in relation to securing a Deed of Variation to a S106, make changes to the approved scheme, and provide strategy advice to secure successful implementation in line with their new requirements for the development.

Following the submission of the Deed of Variation, our planners were subsequently appointed to apply for variations to a number of conditions, including securing elevation changes as well as the formal submission of a standalone planning application to increase the number of residential units through additional storeys.
