This private-led mixed-use development has provided a mixture of 1 to 4 bed duplexes and family homes, along with commercial space on a former car showroom site fronting onto Old Kent Road.

In addition to reducing the level of affordable housing through a viability assessment, BPTW presented a case that employment and training contributions should be waived in lieu of a scheme L&Q were running for its tenants to get them into work.
