With over ten years’ experience working in the construction industry, Israel oversees the practice’s business development and marketing functions. His key responsibilities includes creating and managing the implementation of BPTW’s strategic and annual tactical marketing plan; chairing BPTW’s strategic business development group; managing a team of marketing and business development staff; new business development and client relationship management; overseeing tender and bid proposal strategies and creation; oversight of BPTW’s involvement in industry memberships and thought leadership networks; overseeing the work of external consultants, and press and PR management. He also sits on BPTW’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion steering group.
