Friday saw a wealth of wonderful woolly jumpers worn about the office as staff donned Christmas jumpers to fundraise for Save the Children. A wonderful day was had by all, partaking in a competition for the best handmade jumper, funniest jumper, best management jumper and best team jumpers. In total £150 was raised through staff efforts with the amount matched by the practice as part of bptw’s ‘giving something back’ initiative, bringing the grand total donated to the charity to £300.
Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day is an annual event encouraging people across the UK to wear festive jumpers and fundraise for the charity. Currently in its third year, the campaign has in total raised more than £1.6 million to date.
